Pretty Toes Happy Birthday Card
I have a good friend who always has her toes and nails done so pretty, so I thought this card would be perfect for her Birthday! The sentiment came from SVGCuts in a collection called Notecard Captions. Lots of great sentiments here!! (The pedicure cut files came from My Scrap Chick)
