Cactus Card

I have a great crafty friend Cheryl over at Dragonfly Designs who makes beautiful cards and is such a craft enabler!  Every time she makes a card and shows the different stamps or embellishments she used, I end up spending money!  LOL!  Cheryl made this card and I just loved it, so off I went to Kat Scrappiness to buy the stamp set and spend money.  :)  The stamp set is called Pricks Really Suck.  (quite the name it is!)  I pretty much made it just like she did~I loved her idea!  The die cut used is Stitched Circle Plate.  I didn't have a die cut for the sentiment, so I just made my own using my cutting machine.  And I loved making it a shaker card!

Bug Cards

These are the cutest little bugs from My Scrap Chick!  I made a spring bouquet with them last year and after I was done with it, I took them out and turned them into cards.

I have the cards ready to go and all they need is a stamped sentiment and maybe a quick embellishment or two, if needed.  The Cards and Labels Essentials file is perfect to make some quick cards! The file for each bug is listed under the card.

Don't forget to check out the easy Card file!  There are 12 different fun designs.

Cute & Simple Kawaii Cards

My Scrap Chick has some adorable print and cut Kawaii Treatkins files.  So simple to use and make some quick cards!  You can also print them out in black & white and add your own color.  I bought pre-made card & envelope sets from the craft store from the $1 bin, added the printed file, and popped on some embellishments and sentiments to complete them.  I made 9 cards and the link to each file is shown below each picture.

Easter Basket Card and exciting news

First, my exciting news ~ YAY! ~ I am back on the Design Team for My Scrap Chick and I am very excited!  I absolutely love their files and have missed working with them and my cutting machine.

I know Easter is only a few days away, but I still wanted to share the card I made using the Easter Basket Card

I added one thing to this file and it isn't included, but simple to make on your own if you wanted.  The only thing I added to this file was the weaved basket front because I wanted a weaved basket look.  So I just cut 1/2" strips and weaved my own basket front.  Super easy!  I bowed it out to add dimension to the card.  I also made the card bigger, it is 8 1/2" tall, cut out extra grass and egg pieces and made the sentiment smaller to fit within the basket handle.

Happy Easter and Thanks for stopping by!

Dragon Thank You Card

Today I am sharing a card I made using 2 new stamp sets from Ink On 3.  The sets are Magic Dragons and Phat Alphanumeric. The back ground was made using a stencil from Americana Decor called Honeywire and colorful inks.  I used a hexagon die to pop out the stamped sentiment and image.  The new Blackout Hybrid Detail Ink from Ink On 3 is amazing too!  Definitely my new favorite!

Make sure to also check out the new inks!  You will love them all and the NEW Fadeout no line coloring detail ink is one of a kind!

Flower Love Couple Card

I fell in love with a card that was posted from Craftin Desert Diva's and wanted to make one of my own using what I had. I used the True Love digital image from Polkadoodles and punched out all the flowers from a small punch I have. The sentiment is from My Creative Time called Love Collage. I love this card!

Chihuahua Love Valentine Card

I found a cute dog and bone stamp set at Michael's and created this Valentine card with it.

Sending Lumberjack Hugs

Today I am sharing a card I made using a stamp set from Neat and Tangled called Lumberjack Love. The sentiment is from Lawn Fawn called On the Mend. The background is the Darice tree trunk embossing folder. I added some white flocking for snow and a few glitter highlights.

This card is going to my Lumberjack son at NAU!
